Is the end in sight for the creative partnership between Pucci and Matthew Williamson? That is the word on the grapevine today, that after three years at the label, Emilio Pucci is on the hunt for Williamson's successor.
According to WWD, Pucci has already begun approaching some design assistants to take over the reins of Williamson, who will open his first U.S. store under his signature brand next year.
"I am very excited to be opening my own store in New York," Williamson said earlier this month. "Each store is a very personal design opportunity to express my brand and I am really looking forward to working on this and making the store a reality over the coming months."
