The new autumn/winter 2008-9 ad campaign for Pringle of Scotland has been unveiled, and it's a new image for the British brand.
The series of black-and-white shots, starring Sasha Pivovarova, was a collaborative effort between photographer Steven Meisel, Fabien Baron as brand consultant and creative director, Clare Waight Keller."I wanted to reference the work of great British photographers and pay homage to Terence Donovan and David Bailey", she said.
Meanwhile, it has also been reported that the company is considering ceasing production at its factory in Hawick, Scotland.
"We are considering ways to improve the performance of the business and closure of the manufacturing operation at the plant is, very regrettably, something we must consider," said Douglas Fang, chief executive of Pringle.
