Dutch design duo Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren said their namesake cruise collection is “for women [who] want to feel elegant, feminine and chic, but at the same time comfortable and independent.” This translated into more of the pair’s signature witty looks, such as a baseball jacket emblazoned with “VR” and worn with rolled-up boyfriend trousers.
