Natasha Poly for Nina Ricci Fall 2008 ad campaign

Photographed: Mario Sorrenti
Honestly I simply can't get enough of this ad - the photography is sublime; the mood captured is so evocative of the Nina Ricci signature. One of my favourite houses; one of the best fall 2008 ad campaign. Surely, this must be divine intervention.

CHANEL'S EXHIBITION WILL LAND IN NY'S CENTRAL PARK
A spaceship-like pavilion crammed with original artwork will land in New York's Central Park this fall. It's the latest stop in a worldwide advertising blitz by Chanel to pay homage to its iconic quilted handbag.
Renowned London architect Zaha Hadid was commissioned to create the 7,500-square-foot structure made of lightweight panels and fitted like a jigsaw puzzle.
Organizers say the pavilion is like a handbag, "a completely portable and functional container."
It will house works by 15 contemporary artists who were asked to use the classic handbag - first designed in 1955 - as a "jumping off point" for their self-expression.
The exhibition, entitled Mobile Art, was conceived by fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld. It will run from Oct. 20 to Nov. 9.

Alice Dellal stars in new Mango denim label autumn/winter 2008-9 ad campaign
Along with a forthcoming campaign for Agent Provocateur, and now a new gig for Mango's denim line, 2008 is shaping up to be a good year for Alice Delall. The punk-esque model has been tapped to star in the autumn/winter 2008-9 ad campaign for MNG Jeans. It will mark yet another mass-market campaign for the 20-year-old, who will soon appear in billboards, magazines, and store windows for the spainish labal.

Diet Coke get dressed by Roberto Cavalli

Forget the rich and the famous, it's Diet Coke that has our designers chomping at the bit to dress these days. Following on from Patricia Field's limited edition bottles for the fizzy sensation, are these new designs from Roberto Cavalli, to mark the start of Milan Fashion Week. Only 300,000 will be made of the three variations, and in true Cavalli style, they are pretty flash. Dressed to the lid in animal print, I'm betting these beauties will leave Cavalli's usual crew (J.Lo, Victoria Beckham & co.) clamouring to get a taste.
