Ladies vs Ricky Bahl review |Ladies vs Ricky Bahl hindi movie review |Movie review Ladies vs Ricky Bahl r

Directed by Maneesh Sharma

Rating: * * *

Movie Review
Suresh Sharma’s modifying goes through Ranveer character’s various escapades with a immediate deftness that simply leaves no space for reduce times. However, a bagginess penetrates into the narration in the second-half when Ranveer satisfies his go with (in more techniques than one) in Goa. Here, the biochemistry is more laboured than lustrous.

Though Goa is taken with beautiful picturesqueness, the Ranveer-Anushka partnership in the second-half falters due to a insufficient inner sentence. Though the composing is sleek uneven and split, the calm impetus is forfeited once it’s benefit time for the con man.

Anushka Sharma’s estimated bubbly-on-the-prowl act here often seems selfconscious and repeating. Could we please see this deal of power do something else? And really, her preliminary tune is more a honor to Ram Gopal Varma’s “Rangeela” than a spectacular look-see at Anushaka’s character’s heartland.

The music and choreography are more erotic distractions.

Ranveer Singh gets his act together meticulously for information. Each move of his con video activity is charted thoroughly with the right system, gestures apparel and components. Yup, this acting professional operates challenging on getting it right and is successful. If the focus on in “Band Baajaa Baraat” was the series where Ranveer’s personality blurted out The headline clearly periods out the unimaginative plan. Our slicker-than-the-rest leading man, Ricky Bahl (Ranveer Singh) sports many virtual representations of personnel to attract and trick females from different planets. And as challenging as it is to process, these scammed females from different places not only discover each other but also get together to avenge their combined cuts. But how do they discover him? How do these self-respecting females with never abused anyone instantly bust bad? Look beyond these little sensible issues and this can actually be a fun trip.
The young lady plotters contain a razor-sharp and competitive enterprise supervisor known as Raina Parulekar (Dipannita Sharma), a modest and impeccant widow from Lucknow, Saira Rashid (Aditi Sharma) and a wine buffoon of a kid from Delhi, Dimple Chaddha (Parineeti Chopra). The group employees 'saleswoman of the year', Ishika Desai (Anushka Sharma) to position as an NRI uniform heiress, Ishika Patel. The strategy is to get Ricky (known by many brands through the movie) to buy into Ishika's strategic enterprise strategy and get it. Now, conning a conman isn't kid's engage in but doing so in a Yash Raj movie needs thoughtful scripting and may be some well-choreographed show up statistics. So our catty conspirers place a strategy so brilliant that it could only fail if Ough or the young lady imposter drop madly in really like. And to our unpleasant luck, that happens.

A big thumbs-up absolutely goes to the head pair. Anushka is glowing and enigmatic and within the façade of a beautiful fraudster, she explains lines of a easy young lady who has apparent needs and desires like any other. Ranveer's knavish character is an odd mix of suave, attractive and unclearly easy. Among the relax, Parineeti's cheeky one-liners suggest chuckles and her personality is likewise lovely and dimwitted. Salim-Salaiman drum-up show up statistics which may do the units at a few New Season events but will absolutely be overlooked publish that. YRF is known for its shiny generation principles and this one existence up to their track record.

So in the fight between Women Vs Ough Bahl, it is the visitors who sheds out as it indicates as a sappy tale, with the head pair moving out of personality blinded by really like (Sheesh!). Fortunately, what qualified prospects up to the end is a vacation stuffed with light fun, less severe talking and inventive that is almost there. If requested, 'Con banega crorepati', the reply absolutely wouldn't be the manufacturers of this movie.

Jo Dooba So Paar Movie Review:

A rural setting of Bihar, rustic people, a satirical take on their lives and amongst all of this, a love story blossoming. Sounds like a perfect setting for a perfect film. Jo Dooba So Paar - It's Love In Bihar has all the right ingredients. Whether it works or not remains to be seen.

Kishu (Anand Tiwari) is very notorious in the entire Bihar. He is kicked out of school. He assists his father on the truck only to realise the criminal nature of his work. He quietly watches it all indifferently and then one day falls in love.

Sapna (Sita Ragione Spada) is an american girl with an italian decent. She is in Bihar to research on Madhubani paintings. She wants to head into dangerous parts of Bihar in order to pursue her research and is in search of a guide until her search ends with Kishu coming to her rescue.

And even before Kishu's love for Sapna gets reciprocated, Sapna's boyfriend Mark (Alexx O'Niel) comes to India followed by an abduction of Sapna by a bunch of goons.
What follows is a series of madcap events owning to the chase for the love in Bihar.

Written and directed by debutant filmmaker Praveen Kumar, Jo Dooba So Paar boasts of a brilliant cast including the likes of Vinay Pathak, Rajat Kapoor, Anand Tiwari and Pitobash Tripathy. However, the director fails to tap their talent and ends up wasting away the only gem in his crown.

The story takes off pleasantly but within no time you realise it's a basic one line plot which has innumerable sub-plots sprinkled all over it with no relevance whatsoever. There are some characters too which are needless in the film. For example, Kishu's mother; who's only solution to curb her husband's anger is to go all lustful for him and end up in a raunchy make out session.

Director: Nagesh Kukunoor
Producer: Nagesh Kukunoor, Sujit Kumar Singh, Elahe Hiptoola
Starring: Ayesha Takia, Rannvijay Singh

Mod Hindi Movie Review:
The highly acclaimed team of Nagesh Kukunoor and Ayesha Takia that last gave Hindi cinema one of the most laudable films Dor makes a come back on celluloid. Not only does the film happen to be Nagesh's next after the damp squib Aashayein but also is Ayesha's comeback film after her marriage to restauranteur Farhan Azmi. Whether this jodi brings back the accolades that Nagesh deserves and also brings back Ayesha in the filmy marquee or not remains to be seen.

Set in the picturesque hill station Ganga, Mod revolves around Aranya (Ayesha Takia), whose life is surrounded by whacky people, her father - Ashok Mahadeo (Raghuveer Yadav) who is the head of the local fan club of Kishore Kumar, the fiery Gayatri Garg, "GG" (Tanvi Azmi), her aunt, chubby Gangaram (Nikhil Ratnaparkhi), the local shopkeeper who harbors feelings for Aranya.

One day a total stranger, Andy (Rannvijay Singh), lands up at her doorstep to have his watch fixed. He is painfully shy, but keeps returning day after day to have his water logged watch repaired. As payment he leaves a 100 rupee note in the form of an origami swan. Aranya slowly warms up to this quirky stranger and through a series of meetings and against all odds they fall in love.

But who is Andy? Where is he from? And what is his past follows through a few "mods" in the story.

Filmmaker Nagesh Kukunoor's last attempt of making a big budget film with a big star had completely gone awry. But this time around he goes back to his comfort zone of a small budget film and a simple story of complex minds and once again he manages to please.

There seems no rushed attempt in taking the story forward. Each and every shot has its subtely and slow growing fondness around it which is extremely contagious. Nagesh gets the small town setting near perfect and with a soothing serenity wins audience's hearts.

Love Breakups Zindagi review |LBZ Movie reviews |Love Breakups Zindagi -Movie Reviews

Cast: Zayed Khan, Dia Mirza, Cyrus Sahukar, Tisca Chopra, Satyadeep Mishra, Pallavi Sharda

Directed by Sahil Sangha

Rating: **

There are some movies that don't surprise, particularly delight or even entertain but still leave you with little to complain. 'Love Breakup Zindagi' (LBZ) may seem like an excuse for a title by a lazy writer but it is just that kind of a movie. Unobjectionable yet not very appetizing. A bit like the relationship explored in the film. No adultery but no fizz either.

The film's lead pair is comfortably bored in their respective relationships. Delhi boy, Jai (Zayed Khan) plays tormented boyfriend to a girl who is a female dictator, and an extremely picky and fussy one at that. Yet his only complaint, "She's attractive, successful etc. But meri ghanti nahin baji!" This is Delhi-speak for, "I'm committed but I am still looking." Mumbai girl, Naina (Dia) on the other hand, has the most predictable boyfriend: career driven, successful and preoccupied enough to have no time for her.

So now you're thinking that Jai has to meet Naina and they have to realise how great they are for each other and this movie can end. Luckily, Jai's friend Arjun (Satyadeep Mishra) plans to get hitched with Naina's best friend, Gayatri (Auritra Ghosh) and opportunity presents itself.

Jai attends the week-long wedding with cocky sidekick Govind (Cyrus Sahukar) who supplies us with awkward humour and a breather from this predictable story. Govind's love angle with a family friend present at the wedding, Sheila (Tisca Chopra) turns out to be oddly cute and more endearing than the lead couple. Much naach-gaana, alcohol consumption and festivities later, Jai and Naina are shot back to reality as they go back to their partners. And as impossible as it seems for them to meet again, the inevitable is the inevitable. So if some pages of the script could've been fed to the dog, we could've left the screen without a power nap.

If clichés could be converted into money, LBZ would compete with the World Bank. Naina's mother's original advice at a moment of dichotomy is, "Wahi karo jo tumhara dil kehta hai!" Which basically means, ignore the other organs. Then we have Jai and Govind concluding a bitching session with, "Women! Can't live with them. Can't live without them!" I am sure we can live without this line. And if lines weren't enough, we have clichéd cures: ice cream for breakups.

Zayed and Dia cumulatively don't score a single point for their performances. Cyrus' unwarranted confidence comes from playing peculiar characters in the past and Tisca Chopra takes home the title of the 'most charming aunty'. Boman Irani's cameo is refreshing but Shah Rukh Khan's is tacky as he offers pearls of wisdom like, "Jo dil mein hain woh keh do." The music won't stay with you for longer than you exit the screen and the other technical staff doesn't produce anything worth highlighting.

It could be that you were lulled into a sleepy feeling or that every time a scene was about spill over, an unusual drift would save it. So LBZ is just the kind of movie that you can watch but not recommend.

Rascals Hindi Movie Review & Rating:

Rating: 2/5

At some point in this pointless parody of all of David Dhawan’s Tom and Jerry comedies from the past, Devgn and Dutt, playing a pair of warring, snaping, snarling, sneering con-persons, call for each other. ‘Chetan? Bhagat? Chetan? Bhagat? ….”

In that pause between the last blast and the next you know the script writer (Yunuz Sajawal) is thinking of how to carry the plot to the next gag.

Wish they had actually roped in author Chetan Bhagat to write some of the episodes. We would at least be looking at more than just an endless raunchy wordy ramble into the realm of toned bikini bodies. And these include the two leading ladies Kangna Ranaut and the striking Lisa Haydon.

In fact the film looks like one long excuse to let the camera ogle at semi-nude female figures in Thailand and Bangkok. The laughter, if it was ever intended, is strictly incidental.

The gags in “Rascals” are so stale and tasteless and the situational comedy so devoid of any kind of originality or freshness, you wonder if David Dhawan just made this unfunny comedy to please his friends who play the major roles in the film.

As Chetan and Bhagat, Sanjay Dutt and Ajay Devgn get to ham to their hearts’ content. Not their fault. It’s the need of the hour. Make that two hours. Two long painful hours of mirthless gags and skits adding up to no sense of hilarity.

Kangna Ranaut is the funniest thing in the film. And not in any intended way.

But nothing matches up to the brazen insulting nature of the dialogues. At one point Chetan or Bhagat (hard to say which one speaks, as they’re constantly interrupting and shouting down one another) look at a dark-skinned man and comment: “How did this black gulab jamun get a white rashogolla for a daughter?”

Go get a laugh, Mr. Dhawan. The prolific and trendsetting director has clearly run out of tricks to make the Tom and Jerry act any further. And really, Anil Kapoor-Govinda in “Deewana Mastana”, Salman-Govinda in “Partner” did the sniping and snarling, so much better.

The film is carpeted with dreadfully unfunny jokes that insult every community including, of course, the movie-going community which is expected to laugh at a scene where Sanjay Dutt puts on an unconscious woman’s underwear on and wonders: “Why is it so much easier to take off a woman’s clothes than put it on?”

Really, Mr. Sanjay Chhel, what were you thinking when you wrote such embarrassing lines taken straight from the wall of a private toilet?

Any silver linings? Yes, Arjun Rampal. He’s so cool and in control, you wonder what he is doing in such an uncool rudderless comedy. And poor Hiten Paintal. An actor with considerable comic timing, is stuck among actors who seem to be totally out of rhythm. Hiten is reduced to being Sanjay Dutt’s sidekick.

Wanted urgently: A makeover for David Dhawan’s brand of comedy. Seriously, this comedy is not funny.

‘Force’ Movie Review – Full of Action yet Upholds Spirit of Love

Tags:Force Movie Free Reviews,Force 2011 Movie Photos, and much more in related post

Rating: 3/5
Oct 1: ‘Force’, the title itself gives us the idea that the movie is packed with ‘action’ and yes it is. But it is certainly not devoid of love, the strength and weakness of humans in general. Infact director Nishikant Kamat strikes a good balance between action and love which is well presented by the actors. Being a re-make of Tamil hit ‘Kaakha Kaakha’ the movie manages to fairly grip the audience and a fine attempt I must say.

Story Outline and Analysis

ACP Yashwardhan (John Abraham) is one among the four brave officers of the Narcotics Deparment who are firm on their mission of bursting the dangerous drug racket. Though the other three had certain family commitments and weaknesses in them Yash had no one of his own. That being his major plus point he fearlessly involved in tackling risky cases and then enters Maya (Genelia D’Souza). Though he was too hesitant to commit to her initially he couldn’t help but fall in love with her.

One particular case related to Vishnu (Vidyut Jammal), a drug mafia proves costly for these four officers. While tracing the people involved in major drug supply the cops happen to kill Vishnu’s elder brother (Anna, which is played by Mukesh Rishi) and then begins the deadly revenge. The four officers and their family members are his target. Yash’s decision to let happiness and normalcy into his life changes his life forever and finally he loses his sweetheart who brought these changes in him. Yet he manages to kill the rogue and continue with his duty of a powerful narcotic cop.

Tere Mere Phere Hindi Movie Review & Retting
Shaadi ka laddoo -- jo khaye, woh pachtaaye. Jo na khaaye, woh bhi pachtaaye. Well, that's an age-old adage that crops up every time people discuss marriage. Deepa Sahi's TERE MERE PHERE is a comical take on the contemporary idea of love and marriage. The film looks at two couples -- one married, another unmarried -- and how lots of confusion ensues in their lives, before they 'live happily thereafter'.

Deepa has a humorous way of looking at some of the most serious situations in life and that's what makes this comedy unique. Imagine doing a film for the first time, a comedy film, and a road film that too! She ought to be praised for the effort. Though Deepa has made a sincereeffort to tell a story that has its share of fun moments, a number of sequences in the movie seem so far-fetched that they are too difficult to absorb at times and that, frankly, is a downer. The constant war of words between the newly-married couple looks like a farce in an otherwise real-life scenario. Also, the arguments and constant bickering get on your nerves after a point and monotony sets in.

TERE MERE PHERE is a comic look at the battle of the sexes. A made for each other couple, Pooja [Sasha Goradia] and Rahul [Jagrat Desai], who have a perfect love affair and a perfect marriage, set out on a perfect dream honeymoon in a motor home, driving through the breath-taking Himalayas. But then can life ever be perfect. If 'distance makes the heart grow fonder', then the too much proximity should have the reverse effect. And it does.

As Pooja and Rahul get too close for comfort, a series of absurd fights follow and soon they get embroiled with a local Himachali small-town guy [Vinay Pathak] and his girl Muskaan [Riya Sen]. How the couples' lives get entwined forms the remainder of the film.

First-time director Deepa Sahi has a flair for comic entertainers and that comes to the fore in several sequences. While the film is engrossing in most parts, the screenplay dips in the second hour when Vinay, suddenly, decides against marrying Riya. Sure, he's completely put off by Jagrat and Sasha's constant fights/bickering, but somehow it doesn't come across convincingly on screen.

I'd like to make a special mention of the cinematography. The locales of Himachal Pradesh are absolutely breath-taking and the DoP captures those scenic locales with dexterity on celluloid. The songs are just about okay.

Vinay Pathak is an absolute natural. He proves he's a scene-stealer yet again. Jagrat is wonderful, not showing signs that this is his debut film. Sasha compliments Jagrat at places, but needs to be natural at times. Riya Sen looks too glamorous for the part. Even her western diction makes her unfit for this role. Sushmita Mukherjee does well. Darshan Jariwala gets no scope. Jagrat's kid-brother is funny.

On the whole, TERE MERE PHERE manages to raise a few laughs, but that's not enough. One expected more!

Chargesheet Hindi Movie Review and Rating:

As a moviegoer, I have grown up on Navketan movies. But, over the years, the man behind this production outfit -- the charismatic Dev Anand -- has not been able to churn out any memorable film that has recall value. CHARGESHEET, Dev sahab's new endeavor, is no different. It is yet another forgettable experience from the veteran, who once regaled us with great entertainers.

CHARGESHEET has an apology of a script. It has skimpily dressed women dancing on forgettable tunes. The music, once the hallmark of Navketan movies, is of fast-forward variety this time. That's not all! Known for discovering some of the finest talent over the years, the veteran's new discoveries in CHARGESHEET are all duds. No looks, no talent! As for names such as Naseeruddin Shah, Jackie Shroff and Divya Dutta, one is well aware why they agreed to be an integral part of this film, but what I fail to fathom is, what was the motive behind casting them when they have nothing worthwhile to do?

The only thing I took back home was the indomitable spirit of Dev Anand. How many people live their dreams at 88? Here's an actor/film-maker committed to making movies on his terms. Irrespective of how CHARGESHEET fares or received by the movie-going audience, I am sure Dev sahab would've already cracked the idea of his next film. I salute that!

Reviewer:Nikhat Kazmi

Speedy Singhs is a smart little surprise package. It's a cheerful film that makes you smile with its subtle humour, its repartee-filled screenplay, its deftness at handling the umpteen relationships and its finely-nuanced performances.More than the performances -- and the hockey matches -- it is the sundry relationships that form the core of the film. A little more spice and edge to the delineation of the game itself would have made the film an action-packed adventure too. Nevertheless, Speedy Singhs, with a guest appearance by Akshay Kumar (as himself), is an entertaining watch. Visit Site for more

A Pakash Jha film is talked about for more reasons than one. It provides food for thought. It sets you thinking. Be it DAMUL, MRITYUDAND, GANGAAJAL, APAHARAN or RAAJNEETI, there was enough fodder in each of those films. Besides, each of those films left an indelible impression on the minds of the viewer. So, quite naturally, the expectations from his new release AARAKSHAN are enormous. This one also tackles a rather serious social issue -- caste-based reservation. However, AARAKSHAN not only talks about reservation, but also about the commercialization of educational institutions.

Not many storytellers have repeatedly succeeded in creating pragmatic films on societal matters, but Jha holds the distinction of doing so in film after film. Be it DAMUL [on bonded labor], MRITYUDAND [on gender inequity], GANGAAJAL [also about the contentious blindingepisode at Bhagalpur], APAHARAN [on the abduction situation in Bihar] or RAAJNEETI [on the political state of affairs], Jha's cinema has always illustrated harsh realism in a transfixing and riveting manner.

Mahesh Bhatt presents. A Vikram Bhatt production. A Mohit Suri film. When the credits roll like this, it's not surprising that 60 percent of the film has some surrogate for blood being spit on the screen. 'Murder 2' is, as you would imagine, a wounded thriller.

Movie Reviews | Double Dhamaal review | Double Dhamaal total Collection

Director : Indra Kumar

Cast : Sanjay Dutt,Mallika Sherawat, Kangna Ranaut, Satish Kaushik, Arshad Warsi, Javed Jaffrey, Ritesh Deshmukh, Aashish Chaudhary

Rating:**1/2

Day one Collection : 7.65 Cr
1st week collection :25.50 Cr

Indra Kumar’s latest excursion ‘Double Dhamaal,’ a sequel to the maiden film ‘Dhamaal (2007),’ doesn’t churn out to be a better endeavor than the four year old prequel.

The pleasures of 'Double Dhamaal’ bubble up when the gangster Satish Kaushik’s character offers comic strips in his delectably funny way.
‘Double Dhamaal’ is funny, stupid and delivers all the laughs but the film oversteps when the story doesn’t try to flow and blend along with the comedy.

StorylineFour friends Adi (Arshad Warsi), Roy (Ritesh Deshmukh), Manav (Javed Jaffrey), and Adi (Arshad Warsi) are waiting to make easy money and get to see the cop turned conman living the life of luxury like a business man.

Kabir is enjoying his life and has loads of money and the company of two women, his arm candy (Sherawat) and his sister Kiya (Ranaut).

The four get irritated looking at his wealthy lifestyle. They hatch up a plan to deceive him by getting into his business. Kabir sells the government land to Batabhai (Kaushik) a gangster, who wants a change in his career. Kabir puts these four in charge of the business deal with the gangster.

After the four help him by getting 250 crores, Kabir escapes with the money and settles in Macau. After finding out that Kabir is living there and owns a casino, the four decide to take revenge by disguising themselves.
