Well if this isn't the epitome of romcoms (and not in a good way), I don't know what is. Garry Marshall, director of the ill-fated Valentine's Day, returns with a sequel of sorts to that holiday-themed ensemble comedy with New Year's Eve.

Jessica Biel and Ashton Kutcher jump back on board the project, and pretty much the rest of Hollywood--or anyone who has ever been in a romantic comedy round out the cast, including Sarah Jessica Parker, Katherine Heigl,Robert DeNiro, Michelle Pfieffer, Sofia Vergara and Hilary Swank.Looks like a romantic comedy on steroids. What a hodgepodge of mediocre to great talent here.

Alyssa Milano gives birth to baby boy

Actress Alyssa Milano, who rose to fame as a child actor on TV comedy "Who's the Boss" and as an adult played a good witch on the program "Charmed," gave birth to a baby boy on Wednesday, said her spokeswoman.

Milano, 38, who is married to David Bugliari, welcomed Milo Thomas Bugliari, who weighing 7 lbs and was 19 inches long, at 9:27 am pdt (12:27 pm edt) on Wednesday morning.

Welcoming her first child to the world, Alyssa Milano gave birth to a baby boy on Wednesday (August 31) at 9:27AM.

Actress Alyssa Milano has given birth to a baby boy.The Hall Pass star, who is married to agent David Bugliari, had the couple's first child, son Milo Thomas, on Wednesday, her rep told the New York Daily News.

Milano and husband David Bugliari welcomed son Milo Thomas Bugliari at around 10 am, a rep for the actress confirmed. Milo weighed in at seven lbs., and was 19 inches long. Milano, 38, wed Bugliari back in 2009. Earlier this month, the actress’ site was updated with a description of her baseball-themed baby shower.

Alyssa Jayne Milano (born December 19, 1972) is an American actress and former singer. Her childhood role as Samantha Micelli in the sitcom Who's the Boss? made her famous, and an eight-year stint as Phoebe Halliwell on the supernatural series Charmed brought her a new round of fame. She was also a series regular on the original Melrose Place portraying the role of Jennifer Mancini. Milano has a female sports apparel line, Touch.

Alyssa Milano is the daughter of Lin, a fashion designer and talent manager, and Thomas M. Milano, a film music editor and boating enthusiast. Milano was born in Brooklyn, grew up on Staten Island, and was raised Roman Catholic.

Milano began her career at age eight after winning a role in an open audition for a national tour of Annie. She was one of the four picked out of an audition with over 1500 girls. She appeared in television commercials and off-Broadway productions.She starred as Samantha Micelli, the daughter of Danza's character. After Milano won the role, she and her father relocated from Staten Island to Hollywood.

 The rest of the family followed a year later, because her mother was initially unwilling to give up her home life "for a show that wasn't a guarantee.On stage, she starred in Tender Offer, a one-act play written by Wendy Wasserstein, All Night Long by American playwright John O'Keefe, and the first American musical adaptation of Jane Eyre.Milano's commercial work includes appearing in the "Josie" music video by Blink-182, as well as 2007 television ads for Veet and Sheer Cover.Milano starred in the 2008 film Pathology alongside Milo Ventimiglia and was then cast in a television sitcom, Single with Parents, which was pulled prior to production.On March 20, 2009, it was announced that Milano would provide a voice for the Ghostbusters: The Video Game.
