Behind the scenes with cover girl Catherine McNeil

To celebrate her fourth Vogue Australia cover for our September issue (on sale Wednesday), VogueTV went behind the scenes of photographer Max Doyle's shoot with supermodel Catherine McNeil.

Styled by Naomi Smith, Pretty Baby taps into the fifties theme currently rocking its way through fashion with full-skirted dresses and wild thing animal prints.

McNeil fever has hit Vogue, with the model also appearing in the fashion shoot A Fine Romance, photographed by Nicole Bentley and style by Victoria Collison. Perfect timing as the Australian heads home to walk the runway for deparment store David Jones alongside fellow Vogue cover girls Abbey Lee and Nicole Trunfio.

Behind-The-Scenes: Jaeger F/W 10.11 campaign

Take a look behind the scenes on the shoot for Jaeger's A/W 2010 campaign. Starring model of the moment Abbey Lee alongside Imogen Morris Clarke and Ollie Edwards, it was shot in the London Eye, making it as inherently British as the brand itself.The striking black and white images were apparently inspired by a Richard Avedon photograph of a woman flying over the Eiffel Tower in a helicopter. So, alongside the luxe coats, shearling boots and pretty printed dresses you can see the sprawling landscape of the capital in the background.

The Fall 2010 Calvin Klein Underwear campaign was shot by renowned fashion photographer Mikael Jansson in New York City. The Fall 2010 media campaign will be comprised of a strategic mix of print, digital, and outdoor advertising timed to coincide with October 2010 magazine issues.

Olivia Palermo, the beaming icon of New York street chic showcases her signature style in the August issue of ASOS magazine. Commonly portrayed as the quintessential Upper East Side social on hit MTV show the City, Palermo dispels all illusions of her Gossip Girl image by displaying her professionalism and infectious charm. The 10-page fashion feature was shot by acclaimed fashion photographer Tesh in Brooklyn, New York. This shoot shows a new dimension to the typically well coiffed fashionista, in edgy, cool day wear.

“It’s unfortunate (of the reputation that the TV show has given her), but I think that people understand what they see on that show is not who I am. It’s not accurate. I’m funny, I’m enthusiastic and I’m not a negative person. I always try and look for the good in things.”

“I love New York but when you’re young you should live in different places. In five years I’d like to be living in London with my boyfriend Johannes (Huebl).”

“I just really, really love clothes,” Palermo enthuses as she talks of the importance of reinventing her closet for different occasions. “I’m my own brand, and I have my own opinion” she unapologetically declares when asked about her determination to succeed in the fashion industry. Olivia also gives a rare insight into her relationship with model Johannes Huebl revealing that their lifestyle is surprisingly understated. As far as what the future holds for the style queen, she claims modelling, acting, designing, and a possible move to London are all on her to-do list.

UK Vanity Fair September 2010: Lady Gaga by Nick Knight

Spite the fact I'm not a fan of Lady Gaga, musically and non-musically, for some reason she annoys me. I have to say Nick Knight did a great job as usual photographing her, as I really like the cover, the way the hair is flowing to the peace sign and make-up.
